Sciatica

I would be inclined to get my GP opinion first before self treating.

I'm also suffering, but get some relief from doing the exercises I've found online (as soon as I get out of bed) along with a dose of ibuprofen. It is very painful for the first hour or so after getting up and then settles down to something more bearable.

I was suffering from sciatica, frozen jaw, stiff neck. Went to a chiropractor and had 'activator' treatment. Instant relief. This was two weeks ago. Hasn't returned so far. Good luck.

I'm sure this has been covered before but nothing showed in search.

DH is suffering with this. I've found some excersises on line and he's keeping mobile using a stick and he's taking pain killers.
This is the first time he's had it (started Monday) any tips or advice from a fellow sufferer ?
