I’m a week into it and no problems yet but I am following the instructions to the letter.
As mine are the four front ones eating could be a little tricky but I’ve been so used to avoiding using those teeth to bite on it hasn’t been so bad. I am avoiding fruit and breads with seeds in.
I will have to go to the hygienist every 3 months for a year then every 6 after that. My NHS dentist said I didn’t need a hygienist so I haven’t been to one for years. I have a feeling it will be worse than the implants!
