I saw a Dyson one advertised on TV. Googled it and it cost £300+ ...think I’ll just keep sneezing ?

The pollen count today is sky-high and, like many other people, I've been sneezing, snuffling and wheezing since I got up this morning. I've been wondering about buying an ioniser to clear the pollen from my bedroom. Does anyone here have one? If you have, how well does it work? Would you recommend it?
