Wrist supports

Anyone use wrist supports to strengthen wrists ? There are loads on Amazon but if someone can recommend it would be a great help. I cannot use the one’s which fit on fingers , have quite a stack of these but can’t use them.

Hi Anniebach! I have a ‘wardrobe’ of wrist supports lol! I have arthritis so support often makes a big difference. My good days one is just a straight strip with a hole for my thumb in one end and you wrap it round tha wrist and fasten with Velcro. My bad days ‘bad boy’ is a full wrist splint complete with metal inner support strip. Both of these anchor round my thumb so not sure if any use to you. Would it be worth asking gp for a physio appt so they can advise? Good luck
