I drink wine a few nights a week as I find it very relaxing but find that it disturbs my sleep. I wake after 4 hours and take ages to get back to sleep, anyone else with the same problem? Any solutions? Apart from stopping that is? (Wink)

Spirits are not as bad as wine, so I have an occasional G&T in the evening. I think abstinence is the way to go, sorry.
