Dentists are quite used to patients having different medical problems and will know how to deal with your particular one.

You should inform the GDP of your medication and ask their advice. I think your GP might adjust your medication for the period of the treatment and/or prescribe antibiotic cover depending on what dental treatment you need.

Try not to worry.

You may have to stop your blood thinners a week before treatment . The dentist will advise you so take a list of exactly what meds you take.

Is is usually only an issue if you’re having a tooth extracted.
You shouldn’t stop your anticoagulants unless you’re advised to do after having your INR checked.

Then you’re doing well - a visit to the dentist is always something I dread. Good advice on here. Find out from you GP what’s what and let your dentist know the situation in advance. I expect they meet this quite often.
