Thank you vampirequeen.I'll contact Mind. What I really want from a support group is to be able to talk to people with similar problems for mutual support and to swap strategies for dealing with depression and anxiety. If anyone else needs a listening ear, I'm here.

Contact your local MIND group. They will have details of what's available in your area.

You can always vent on here. Sometimes it helps just to write it down.

Hi everyone.
I am being treated for ongoing depression and anxiety. I don.t wish to burden friends with my problems all the time as they have worries of their own.Does anyone know of any
support groups around Surrey Heath?
