I know exactly how you feel. I left my last job due to stress, and I have a DH who is willing and able to take some of the load off my shoulders at home.
You mention bills not paid - have you considered getting the bank to pay them by direct debit? Once the system is up and running you don't have to worry, although I do check at the start of the month that everything is on the chit I get from the bank. Discuss with your bank, whether this is applicable, and get them to help you work out how much you need in the account each month to cover the monthly outgoings.
Drop any and all household tasks you possibly can - there is no need to iron absolutely everything.
Tell your colleagues you are in a bad place and need help. They may not be able to do your job, but there must surely be some things they can do to lighten your workload. Sooner or later you will retire and then they will need someone to take over - can you not persuade your bosses to let you start grooming someone for the job?
Tell your husband that he will have to deal with the repairs and so on at home, as whether he understands it or not, you are at breaking point, so something has to change, if you are not to make yourself ill.
If you can afford it, a cleaner is sound advice, so would craftsmen to do the repairs be, if your DH is doing nothing.
