Well l've had bloating so l switched to Lactofree milk but l'm still having cheese so not really sure.

It could also be the caseine. Do you have problems with any other dairy products?

Anyone have a problem with Actimel drinks? I've tried 3 times on advice from a dietician and each time they seem to upset my stomach. It has been suggested that it's the lactose rather than the bacteria.
