Well, since his Lordship has left, I have lost one and a half stone in weight. For the first time in my life food isn't a "go to cure all". I only eat now when I'm really hungry and can go ages without realising I have not ate for a while. Then when I do eat I have what I want, but usually don't finish it all, although I do eat healthily more now, I can't stand feeling like I've ate something greasy or stodgy. The doctors are talking surgery so to be a bit lighter would aid the operation and recovery so a couple more stones to go yet until I am happy to have it done. I might get down to having only one chin by then! ??♀️
Does anyone have this jumpsuit?
A loveliness of ladybirds. So what are politicians?

Just imagine how good you'll feel when the nicer weather comes! I'm starting to assess myself too from today - just caring for myself a bit more as well as my family - and it was lovely to read your posts. Thanks for sharing your opinions and good luck with it all!
. It's not fun but it's just about do-able.
