Thanks M0nica 30 years of pins and needles, you poor thing. Yes it is on the tip of my thumb. I will discuss it with the Doc.

Could be carpal tunnel syndrome. I have had this, off and on for about 30 years. The tips of my thumb and first two fingers now have a permanent feeling of pins and needles.

Since having been on steroids I have noticed that I have pins and needles in one of my arms. During the day it fades away and only my thumb feels a cross between pins and needles and numbness.

I can remember someone on chemo saying they had the same problem.

When I eventually get an appointment with my doctor I will discuss it, however in the meantime has anyone else experienced this feeling ?
