Green tea..does anyone drink it? do you think it helps you?

Heard a lot about "green tea" just wondering if any GNetters drink on a regular basis and if they think it helps them in anyway.

I was feeling shattered this morning and was just about to make a cup of normal tea (milk & sugar) when I found my emergency bag of mixed teas/sugar/coffee etc that my neighbours bring me back (all from the welcome trays from their hols)

There was some "Green tea" in there so I decide to have a drink.....not sure if it was mind over matter but I did seem to perk up later on! Its a taste I would have to get used to eventually .
