5 years younger, don't eat 5-a day. It just doesn't suit my digestion, any way. I disagree with the whole concept and think the potato is a vegetable. Then I would lose another 3 years.
Does anyone really think eating five lots of fruit and veg a day will prolong your life? Or make you feel any better when your back hurts first thing? Hardly likely. It's genetics that count. And why can't you eat meat and veg, and fish and dairy? Do they only eat one meal a day?
The problem with broad brush tests like this is that sometimes you do not fall into any of their groups and have to make a choice.
For example, smoking; I smoked about one cigarette a month for about 5 years and 10 a week for three or four months. Not exactly not smoking, but not being a smoker either. I classified myself as a non-smoker. I had the same problem with alcohol consumption. I suspect others had similar problems.
It's interesting that pet owners are younger. I've had pets previously due to pressure from kids but I hate having them and it causes me a lot of stress. Being pet free is much less stressful for me which makes me younger, not older.
There's a hand on the left photo - click on that. I once took another test which predicted when we would die. Mine came out at 102 - I don't know if I want that, but we can't choose. 6 years younger on this one.
