I use bottle brushes and then dental tape rather than the thinner floss and an alcohol-free mouthwash, purely to wash away the debris and leave a fresh taste in my mouth.
I see the hygienist as and when and she rarely needs to do much to my teeth, I also no longer have gum disease. I think I will stick to what I know works. I am very unhandy with gadgets, they fall apart in my hands or just stop (never to go again).
