If they are very small and you keep twisting them back and forward with a finger you can twist them enough so they fall off.

Yes, I've got rid of a couple of tags on my neck by tying cotton round them. It takes a few days to work as I don't venture outside the house with threads hanging off my body, not a good look.
It stings a bit, but does work.

I've probably tied off dozens of skin tags over the years (not mine), all successfully, no side or after effects.

We all have a bit of "nursey" in us don't you think?

I go to a beautician for electrolysis on my upper lip (different conversation!) and she cauterised the ones on my neck really easily. So pleased I had them done.

I really think skin tags and skin lesions should are best left to a medical practitioner if you want t avoid disasters like bleeding and/or scarring.

Bellanona it does work. It's just fiddly tying a cotton around the tag and knotting it tightly, and it does pinch a bit. I have done it on my neck and also on an inner arm, that was fiddly! But try it why don't you, and in a very few days it will have withered and gone.

If anyone's tried the tight cotton method, I'd be interested to know. I have one on inner, upper leg. At one time my GP would have removed it, but I didn't bother. It's not really a problem but would prefer to get rid.

Some of mine are too small for the cotton method though

Had a couple removed from my neck by GP....bit nippy but over in seconds.

My DH has had a few of these including one on his eyelid. He has always done as Auntieflo suggested and it's worked for him too. He even did this on the one on his eye, which I wasn't happy about but it worked, although I wouldn't recommend this to anyone else.

Old remedy. Tie a piece of cotton around the tag, tightly, and knot. Leave alone for a couple of days. The tag will wither and finally drop off/disappear. Job done. It worked for me.

I've been tempted to buy this. I have several 'tags'
