Does anyone else who has neck problems have tinnitus too? I can hear my neck creaking and groaning when I turn and have noticed the worse my neck is the louder the tinnitus. Does anyone do neck exercises and if so, does it make your neck feel better or worse?

Hi. I have been suffering from osteoarthritis of the hands since coming of HRT last year. It has been gradually getting worse and I was referred to the rheumatologist who said that I had got both Bouchards and Heberdens nodes on several of my fingers. My thumbs have been particularly painful and I have a trigger thumb and finger on my right hand. I have done extensive research into foods and natural health products and tried several in the hopes that they may help. However nothing seemed to have had much effect until I saw anti/arthritic gloves advertised. I decided to give them a try and ordered a pair which have open fingertips but cover both joints on my fingers. They are not very attractive and are slightly difficult to get off but I am so impressed with the difference these gloves have made. One thumb is still s little painful but I feel as if I'be been given new hands. I wear them overnight and that is enough to see me through the whole of the day. They keep your hands warm thus increasing the blood flow and stop your fingers from clawing. I can't recommend them enough for anyone who is suffering. Forget the pills and the creams. These are fantastic.

I use turmeric too. I buy the spice from supermarkets. £1.55 for 48g turmeric at M&S. Try not to swallow it immediately but keep it under your tongue for a bit.
You only need the amount they put in 2 capsules and that` s 1/8 or 1/4 of teaspoon of turmeric.
