Hello - Does anyone else get bouts of this? I have had supraverntricula tachycardia for about 12 years now. It comes and goes. I do have medication and have had blood tests to rule out possible causes. It started with the menopause and hasn't left.
I'm interested to hear of any methods people use to cope with it.
One of mine is to go to the piano and try to play a - to me - very difficult piece of music and concentrate bar by bar. Listening to a relaxation CD helps too.
All the best - Lupin
