In Scotland and Northern Ireland there is legislation for carbon monoxide alarms where carbon burning appliances are installed, but not in England and Wales. We think we deserve the same duty of care. We need to get 400 signatures by this evening (only started yesterday morning) and then 38 Degrees will send out the petition to their 2.5m supporters.
