A claim is a claim wether it is your fault or not, moreover you have to include any accidents that do not result in a claim.
Be careful about medical conditions if you have a claim the company can check your medical history, that includes every time you go to your GP. If you forgot to declare something they may not pay out for vehicle damage.
Previous claims, there is a central register of claims some companies even check before they accept your proposal, others will check later if there is a claim, again they may not pay out.
