I think it was Richard Dimbleby too. I remember seeing the clip in the 1970's. I think it was repeated on several occasions because it was so funny ( I suppose funny because people were taken in by it, but at the time, as PRINTMISS says, spaghetti was not so popular and not so well known).

Today it's cloudy and sunny in the South East but I think the clouds will dominate and possibly rain on us. Youngest son and girlfriend are staying a couple of nights so we are catching up with their news but not a lot planned other than that and a few domestic chores.
In fact the forecast is heavy showers.
