Magazines for 10 to Teens

Thank you for all the suggestions. It is specifically for a ten year old girl who enjoys reading, all kinds of animals, football, learning languages via Duolingo, and all sorts of arts and crafts activities.

My 13 Yr old DGS has enjoyed the Phoenix for years but he's probably too old for it now.

Aquila is good. DD3 and both grandsons got a lot out of it.

I subscribe to The Week Junior for my grandchildren - 7, 10 & 13. It was originally for the eldest one but he has just about outgrown it but the other two can’t wait to read it when it arrives. It’s the weeks news, but written for a younger audience.

We subscribed to this as well, we’ve just stopped for the mid teens.
We also have given them membership of the Wildlife Trust in their areas, they get an age appropriate magazine every month.

I remember one son getting my o/h to subscribe to Kerang magazine for him early teens sort of age.

Are we including comics? All our boys, from 7 to 12, love The Phoenix. I can’t make head nor tale of it myself!

Even the little one, at 5, enjoys some of the features, though he’s still very much a Beano fan.
