I don't actively watch it, but have seen a headline today ,on an online newspaper that Nadia Sawalha is aggrieved that she has not been invited to attend again , and was it because she is too common? She attended with her mother some years ago and they enjoyed, I was wondering why she couldn't buy tickets like everyone else? Is it because the cameras don't film" joe public" like they do celebs? No wonder ticket prices are so high if they give them out free to celebs.

She must have been referring to Press Day which was yesterday when the Royals visit and celebs are invited to add a bit of glam to the warm up.

After that everyone has to buy a ticket.

I'm enjoying it too. Lots of imposing structures this year, beautifully disguised amongst the plants. Camilla looked like she is very knowledgeable.
Shame Ned couldn't put in appearance with Monty, but he is no doubt back home playing with his tennis ball!
I learnt why we train climbing roses to spread horizontally!

I'm always a little disappointed with the coverage given to the actual gardens as opposed to chitty chats with celebrities. More long lingering shots of the gardens please.....

I watch it. I am always interested in the gardens and how the exhibitors prepare for the show. I visited it a few years ago and bought some nice hostas.
I must say I did wonder about Monty's suit. I thought he might be making a statement about recycling old clothes but then I know nothing about the latest fashion in menswear.

Monty’s suit isn’t ill fitting. It’s supposed to be like that. Probably cost a fortune

I always used to watch it avidly but have totally lost interest now. I’m getting the same with Gardeners’ World, unless Adam is presenting.

I’m always glued to it. Garden design has been my passion for many years so I love the inspiration

Lovely to see the king there yesterday and the Joe/Monty partnership is always entertaining and knowledgeable.

I haven’t seen enough of the show gardens yet to pick a favourite but some of the more famous designers seem to be missing this year.

Is anyone watching this?

Some interesting gardens this year. Monty as usual was in his ill fitting suit!
