In Wales….ear, year and here. All pronounced year. as in hearings in my years.

Two of those sound the same in my native part of Yorkshire, too: ear and hear. Actually, I might be wrong but I seem to remember that 'year' was pronounced almost the same by my grandma's generation, but I might be misremembering that.
