I still use a small diary but also put appointments, important dates & reminders in my i phone with an alert. You never know when your phone battery might die though so a paper back up is essential for me. I suppose paper diaries will eventually disappear but I like them.
Have you any plans to go on a diet or eat healthier now Christmas & New Year is over or do you just have what you want within reason and not worry too much. It’s a diet for me as Ive faced the scales & appear to gained quite a few pounds.
