Maybe this screenshot of the Nerdle rules might help?
The key thing is that multiply & divide, in any sum, are done before add or subtract.

Just finished my new one today! Not a huge one but thoroughly enjoyed it. This was Disney’s Haunted Mansion. My grandson gave it to me for my birthday.
Now I have my Disney Castle to re-do. I knocked it off its perch and broke it a while ago. Now I’ve found the instructions I can (hopefully) fix it.
