Maybe this screenshot of the Nerdle rules might help?
The key thing is that multiply & divide, in any sum, are done before add or subtract.

Thanks nada. Throat’s still sore and it was a week ago this evening that I first felt it. I’ll leave it till Thursday when I’m home and if it’s still the same I’ll phone my GP. Not sure how much help they’ll be though. 🫤

Sorry you don’t seem to be doing so well nada, awake in the middle of the night. Hope it’s nothing too bad. I’m okay. Throat’s not 100% but just a bit dry now - lots better. Looking forward to another wee weekend away in a week. Weather’s to break though and we’re heading to a forest park. It’s a nice place with a beach on the Loch and a friendly wee pub at the edge. Plenty of walking and Aviemore a short drive away. Hoping it’s not going to be too wet!
