How was I supposed to know there is more than one road with the same name, in different cities? I used the sat nav, trusting it, and by the time I realised I was going in the wrong direction I was halfway to Glasgow.

The water in our little pond has gone green. It has always been nice and clear. Maybe we need some fresh weed? The birds bathe in it a lot.

One advantage of the enforced isolation caused by the pandemic is that nobody is going to see the squalor I live in besides me!

Who knew a turkey crown would take 23 hours to thaw? Well I did, actually, before lockdown brain took over. Bacon butties it is then.

These new dishwasher tablets are great. Glasses and crockery are sparkling.
