I always follow Mary Berry’s recipe for scones and it needs buttermilk. I buy it in 500 ml tubs but it’s impossible to use it up unless you’re baking scones every day for a month! I have frozen it in little batches in clingfilm which has been successful but I wondered if anyone else has come up with a good solution for this? You can’t just use it once or twice and then throw it away - or at least my parsimonious self couldn’t do that! Any ideas please?
