Today I have just put in the oven, a tagine with Northern Haddock, onion, garlic, tomato, smoked paprika, saffron, Olive Oil - 100% Hojiblanca, Kalmata olives, salt, peppercorns grinded, red bell strips, garlic, fresh parsley and lemon.
On the side, a fresly made couscous in a Morocaan Couscous Steamer.
