I love lamb, undoubtedly my favourite meat, but like you Witzend I like it throughly cooked.
In fact I cannot face undercooked meat of any kind. Even a photograph of undercooked 'pink'(red) beef can turn my stomach, but well cooked roast lamb, with mint sauce, there is nothing more delicious and any other meal made with lamb is equally delicious.
