I shy away from a full English these days, and am not a lover of baked beans no matter what time of the day it is. As for Yorkshire pudding, my mother served it with all roasts as it made the meat go further. Not that joints were small in those days; they werenāt. There was always plenty left over to be rehashed the next day. She also served Yorkshire pudding seasoned with sage and onion with her wonderful rabbit stew, and with slow roasted belly pork, both of which which were midweek staples. If I didnāt include YP with every roast I cooked I would have riots on my hands!
