What time is your evening meal?

We used to eat about 8pm but my digestive system disagreed. We now eat about 6.30 ish.

I prefer to eat later. I am an evening snacker, but can hold off if I know dinner is coming. If I've had dinner too early, I will pick a bit later. Ideally, dinner 7.30 to 8. Currently I have to eat at 6.30, which makes for snacking later. No wonder I've put on so much weight!

You do have a point though, Pantglas. I hate going to bed feeling bloated.

3-4 hours before going to bed which sometimes depends on what we’ve planned for the evening. Can’t sleep with a heavy meal weighing on me!

Dinner, between 7 to half past, sometimes a tad earlier or later.

6pm. Tea. (dinner really). We usually watch local news while eating. I would prefer not to, but husband wins.

Dinner usually six or thereabouts.

Between 5 and 6, It’s usually called dinner, or sometimes supper.
