I can't remember the last time I did any baking but I've made Welsh cakes, gf bread and now bara brith.
DH will eat it all except the gf bread

MissAdventure might be more of a truck though!

Thank goodness it's not only me and my OH is eating us out of house and home and neither of us want to venture out to stock up.

I've literally eaten loads this week, but when I got on the scales I had lost a pound! This is the first time I've lost weight since Christmas, so I am chuffed - wouldn't like to say how many more pounds I need to lose though!

Just made some gluten free Lemon Drizzle. So much for the diet!

We are eating warm comforting comfort food, casseroles and stews, soup and hot food at supper as well.

No, I’m munching on one of the biscuits I made yesterday.
Porridge oats, stem ginger and then all the other slightly less healthy ingredients. I can’t remember the last time I made them but they are very moreish. That’s why I don’t do baking very often?
