For some time I've been a fan of Lidl's own version of Cornetto, the chocolate and vanilla is lovely, not quite so keen on the strawberry, but that might just be me?
Anyway, at around £1.50 for 6, when "proper" Cornetto's are £1 each when bought singly,you can't go wrong.
However, they have a new flavour, salted butter caramel! Mr P bought me a box as a treat, and they are absolutely yummy!
I had one after supper last night, and I'm rather ashamed to admit that I had another one halfway through the film!

Well, the first two one was quite delicious. But in order to give a full and detailed report, it's only fair to finish the rest of the box to make sure they are of consistent quality.
I am in awe of your dedication Lara but what about comparison to the other flavours?
Only last night I FORCED myself to try one of the chocolate and vanilla cones shortly after the salted butter caramel ones, purely so that I could give fellow GN'ers the right sort of feedback.

My lot love Aldi's version of Magnum. They are called something like 'Lusciously coated Chocolate Brownie de luxe ice creams' and at 3 for £1.49, cheaper than Magnums. DH says they are much nicer
