Can anyone recommend a dry, really good tasting cider which isn't terribly high in alcohol? All the ones I like - Aspalls, Thatchers and some others are 7% or sometimes more. If it's possible to make beer (which I dislike but which isnt sweet) at around 4%, why can't the cider makers do the same. Or perhaps there are some that I haven't discovered.
