I buy mine in the fishmongers, they are hand dived, and come with a shell.
He takes them out of the shell, gets rid of the gubbins, and gives me them in shell.
I whizz up some stale breadcrumbs from the freezer.
To the inshell scallops, I add some sliced small tomatoes round the shell, add some tube garlic, or the Aioli one, in Morrisons, a tad butter, cover in breadcrumbs, and add some cream on top.
