An example to us all?

Journey of a lifetime at any age, but to be in their sixties and do it is remarkable, and an inspiration to all. I can just about manage to get to town and back with handle bars full of shopping banging about on my knees, they carried all their stuff for the journey on their bikes by the look of it.

I've seen it from the air, along with the peak of Everest and to cap it all, Ayers Rock. Without moving an inch, no trudging involved.

Is ageism always to do with older people or can one be ageist in reverse such as crediting a a young, passionate person with more nous than they actually have?

I do a bit of cycling but have to go at my own pace now and have to accept I am no longer as physically fit as I once was.

Hats off though to those who can accomplish what this group have achieved. Well done.
