Do you mean things that are assumed about our demographic e.g. we all voted brexit - we all went to university and paid no fees - we are all sitting on very valuable properties etc..?

Or do you mean which consumer goods we should have, according to adverisers?

Or do you mean things like eating vegetables and getting exercise, losing baby weight in five minutes, looking after our grandchildren any time we are asked etc..

I do try not to worry and keep my mind free, but it's not always easy, often feel a bit guilty.

Cannot see what the OP has to do with Ageism, nor what evidence it is based on.

Personally, I would challenge the OP's statement. It is a sweeping generalisation and smacks of virtue signalling.
