Same as Bluebelle - the beautiful unspoilt sea.

Were you at K.E.S . then?

An airport. So noisy the teachers had to stop talking every few mins. No wonder I'm so thick! Us kids got intermittent education 😭

How big a picture is the OP building of us in various forms?
And why?🤔

Not building up a picture of "us all", because everyone on here is just a faceless, anonymous poster.

As I have said before if you don’t like these threads , just ignore them I doubt your contribution will be missed.

Just wondering why the OP is asking all these questions? Call me cynical, but...

My primary school was accessed via the grounds of the secondary so not really opposite anything. Secondaries (2) opposite houses.

The school was on a corner with the Church across the road on one side and on the other side a row of cottages where in later years my brother lived for a time.

Juniors, a street with terrace houses and a much loved sweet shop

Secondary. A lane of posh houses and further up a new primary school

ginny Fri 31-Jul-26 19:38:00

Shower =. However

ginny Fri 31-Jul-26 19:37:35

I agree. Shower nobody has to give an answer if they don’t want to.

This is quite a strange question to ask when you think about it.

The District Hospital. I remember being booked in to have my tonsils removed aged 7. My mother came to pick me up around lunch time to take me across . Whilst in the waiting room we were told the operation was to be cancelled until the following week. My mum said "I can drop you back at school" me "Noooo! we're going to be tested on the Catechism this afternoon, pre Holy Communion, take me home pleeeese!" I managed to get round her, thank God!
