I am 61 and weigh 11 stone 2 pounds. I need to lose a stone and hate being over 11 stone so much as I’m only 5 foot 3 inches.
Even though I need to lose weight I am finding it difficult and the scales are creeping up.
Any tips? Any good diet plans to follow?

I'm with you farmgran in that I took a very unexpected hospital hit a few months back. Result is I've been trying to put on weight ever since with no success. No fun being a bag of bones! Oh for the previous old me!

I am 58 and used Shake That Weight for a kick start. Replaced breakfast and lunch with their shakes for 3 weeks. Lost 7 pounds. It helped me break the snacking habit. I am 5 foot 2 so I know how hard it is when you are short. The calories add up fast.
Their banana shake is nice. Not chalky. Just do not stay on it too long. After the kick start I moved to normal food but smaller portions. Worth looking at if you want a strict plan to begin with.

We could do with a weight exchange couldn’t we?
For all the people who complain they are losing weight, I can report that I have found it !(and obviously I’m not unsympathetic, so don’t take me too seriously)
Any scientific boffins out there willing to explore the notion?
