I was always very proactive in terms of exercising every day. But since having had covid i find i dont have the energy and what energy i do have i like to conserve to do things in the house, garden, going to social activities or shopping. I feel guilty about not doing the 150mins per week we are supposed to and to be honest it worries me as i think i may be building up problems for the future. I have not gained weight but i have lost motivation for physcial activity. Anyone else feel this way.
