Good morning fellow pears and welcome Shinamae?. I do enjoy reading all the posts through the week but dont always have time to reply!
I think the 5.2 is interesting although I'm not sure people always realise they have to be sensible the other 5 days!
800 calories a day is also food for thought! Last February I was,on the Newcastle diet which is aimed at reducing blood sugar. It starts off very strict 2 replacement shakes and a very small veg based dish. What you can and cant have is very specific, even down to the veg you can eat. Gradually over the months you re introduce foods. It did work remarkably well for me. I lost over a stone, never felt hungry. I was working 12 hour shifts and felt really well! Then Covid appeared! It made eating very simple as well. A friend at the same time was on one of Michael Moselys plans and shes retired and likes cooking and found it quite challenging. The basic principle is fresh food and nothing that grows beneath the ground! Neither were long term sustainable in that form but do have some valid points.!
I'm the same with bread Whiff. Cheese scones are wonderful to?. One bread I'm really not keen on are the small 400g loaves my daughter is allowed for slimming world. They are so light and so unsatisfying they dont get eaten?. Well done to all who have lost or stayed the same. I stayed the same to!
Strange weather here, heavy rain then sunshine!,
Have a lovely week all?
