I have lost 2 lbs, but all this talk of food keeps making me hungry 
I am following the 16:8 too, so cannot have breakfast till 10.00am! Which is normally porridge with berries. Only want to lose about 5 - 6 Ilb but it is proving hard this time.
Someone I know shouldn't be driving. In my opinion.
