I went for a 20 minute walk just now in the freezing cold weather. I could only do up the first 3 buttons on my thick faux fur coat as I have put on about a stone around my hips. ? I must do something pdq.
So I too shall cut back/out snacks and sweets. The trouble with me is that I am good for a day or two and then I slip back into my old ways. So here goes.
