I can't quite believe it but I have to tell someone- I seem to be melting!
I've been doing the 16:8 diet for almost 3 weeks now. Not very well I might say. During the 8 hours that I can eat I've been eating very naughtily almost defying this dietary approach to fail. However, this morning I put my hands on my hips briefly and they weren't where they used to be! A layer of flab had gone. My fat tummy is still there but there seems to be quite a lot less of it.
I never weigh myself as it would be too depressing but I estimate I must have lost half a stone. Amazing!
I was about to give up on it as I enjoy my breakfast but will definitely be sticking with it. I feel well, sleep well and seem to be experiencing the benefits of this form of intermittent fasting. Weird!
