I commenced the 5:2 diet five weeks ago & have lost 9lbs so! I find it easy to do & very flexible.....usual do it on a Monday/Wednesday when I am busy,, but this week I am doing it on Friday as well, as I want to lose the 3lbs to round it up to ? stone!
I have tried every other diet going,but find that this one suits me. Perhaps knowing that there is a feast day the next day helps to encourage you!
My goal is to lose another 7lbs.
Swimming pool was more like a talking pool!
