Bought this book over a week ago and it's a veritable treasure trove of great, tasty recipes. I'm just eating a sensible breakfast and lunch then using o e of their recipes for dinner, and can already notice a difference of a couple of pounds in only a week.
Would definitely recommend.

. Some of my symptons point towards hypothyroidism so we shall see.
In the meantime I thought I'd catch up with the Hairy Bikers on iplayer because DH loses heart very quickly with diets. He loves their programmes so this might keep him interested. Looks like I'll be ordering the book as well.
