Notso - that's a great feeling, when a 'lower stones category' is reached! I want to do that, too - then I think I'll just try and maintain my weight. That's a bit of a concern, though, as I may just start to go daft again - no, I won't, I'm making myself that promise!
fancyface, I do know where you're coming from when you say that you crave chocolates. I really do think that I have an addiction to chocolate. So, I don't have any. EVER! It was a bit hard to start with, but I think the fact that I've completely denied myself any chocolate has actually helped me to cut back on other treats. I've managed to get off over a stone and a half, and feel so much better. (Actually, if I'm REALLY honest, I did have half a large bar of Cadbury's Caramel at the cinema the other week, but that was because my husband was eating it, and it was too close -
