I went to see Tracey Emin's Bed which is on display at Tate Britain for a while. I have to admit I found it fascinating, a snapshot of messy, disorganised lives many of us remember from our teenage/student days. The sheets, tights etc are all ageing, just like us. I can see that some people think it is pretentious tosh, but I have to admit a soft spot for Tracey Emin. Anyone else seen it? Does it still shock?

Unmade, messy beds littered with detritus, not always conducive to a happy marriage!
