It is normal practice to suspend the use of any drug or vaccine that may be the cause of sudden death due to a thrombosis.
Pfizer needs suspending as well then
This is from the BMJ
The reports of blood clots were investigated, to probe for any yet unidentified causal links between the vaccine and blood clots, with the concluding findings from the World Health Organisation, The European Medicine Agency (EMA) and UK’s Medicine and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency saying there is no evidence for the vaccine causing blood clots (6). The EMA (7) has stated that ‘the benefits of the AstraZeneca vaccine in preventing COVID-19, with its associated risk of hospitalisation and death, outweigh the risks of side effects’, although investigation is ongoing, with an extraordinary meeting on the 18th March to conclude on the information gathered. Additionally, the MRHA (8) has advised that ‘more than 11 million doses of the COVID-19 Vaccine AstraZeneca have now been administered across the UK, and the number of blood clots reported after having the vaccine is not greater than the number that would have occurred naturally in the vaccinated population’ and importantly that ‘people should still go and get their COVID-19 vaccine when asked to do so’.
